WORKSHOPS

As the phrase goes – “practice makes perfect.”  Achieving positive changes and lasting habits occur only through a process of consistent application and constant reflection of learned knowledge.  Success happens through obtaining and applying learned knowledge and then reflecting and assessing for improvement and refinement.  Remember learning to ride a bike or drive a car?  You achieved success only after actually riding a bike and driving a car, figuring out what worked, and doing it all again until the technique and process are internalized in your mind.  Taking this concept to heart, Emy Tzimoulis Leadership Consulting created and developed the PEARL Method™ of Accelerated Learning and uses this process-driven, action-oriented learning method in providing fully customized leadership workshops.

Leadership Academy / Leadership 101 

Leadership Series – if you want to improve upon and add to your existing leadership skills, look no further than the Leadership Academy.  Or if you are at the start of your leadership journey and want to learn the basics of leadership skills, Leadership 101 will give you a great start!  Using the PEARL Method™ of Accelerated Learning, Emy will provide learners with a wealth of leadership knowledge, coupled with thought-provoking and well-designed activities.  You will leave these workshops with a set of leadership skills that you will be able to immediately use in your work and personal life! The Leadership Academy and Leadership 101 are full day five-session workshops, meeting consecutively and learning the following topics and activities:

Supervisor Workshop 

Supervisor Workshop – Develop the necessary leadership skills to successfully lead your team and manage expectations and goals.  Using the PEARL Method™ of Accelerated Learning, you will gain valuable wealth of leadership and managerial skills and apply these acquired skills into practice in a safe, engaging, and collaborative environment.  You will leave this workshop equipped with skills and confidence needed to successfully lead a cohesive and engaged team.  This workshop can be a full or half day, either five or ten-session workshop, meeting consecutively and learning the following topics and activities such as:

Maxwell Leadership Workshops 

Maxwell Leadership Workshops – as a certified Maxwell Leadership trainer, Emy leads mastermind groups discussing various John Maxwell books on leadership.  These groups are designed for individuals that want to support, encourage and learn from each other’s stories, experiences and ideas, leaving individuals with well-defined goals.  Workshops are half day five-session workshops and will discuss one of the John Maxwell books listed below.  These masterminds can also be added into one of the other workshops.

ABOUT EMY

Welcome to Emy Tzimoulis Leadership Consulting! Yes, my consulting business is new. However, I am a proven Leadership Consultant with 20 years of experience conducting leadership workshops and seminars and have helped people improve their leadership skills and lives.  I am also a certified trainer for Behavioral Styles (DISC) and Maxwell Leadership.  During my career with Los Angeles County, I created a successful Leadership Development Program, consisting of a series of workshops designed to increase employees’ knowledge of, and participation in, leadership.  My workshops included the Leadership Academy, Leadership 101, and Supervisor Workshops.  I presented at various conferences and speaking engagements, on topics such as Behavioral Styles, Leadership is Influence, Developing a Coaching Habit, and Personal Accountability.   

 

While conducting leadership training, I discovered that learners achieve results only when they commit to obtaining and applying knowledge and then reflecting upon and sharing their experience in a safe and open environment.  This propelled me to create my own PEARL Method™ of Accelerated Learning and I have since been using this method in all my workshops, resulting in resounding success for learners.  

 

As an expressive speaker and trainer, my style of training involves fun, thoughtful, and engaging interaction with learners.  My goal is for learners to leave my workshops with a set of skills that can be applied immediately both at home and at work, leading to positive changes and lasting transformation.  I am excited to work with you or your organization develop customized and tailored leadership workshops designed to motivate you and your workforce into becoming engaged and innovative leaders.
